Refund & Return Policy
Due to health and safety regulations, we do not accept returns or provide refunds on any cosmetics, skincare, or fragrance products. All sales are final.
We also do not cancel or refund orders that are already in the process of being made, customized, or fulfilled. Once production has begun, materials and inventory are immediately allocated to your order, and therefore cannot be reversed.
However, if you receive a damaged or defective item, you may qualify for store credit. To start this process, you must submit:
• A clear photo of the damaged item
• A photo or screenshot of your order receipt or packing slip
• A brief explanation of the issue
All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Once reviewed and approved, store credit will be issued within 24–48 hours. Store credit may be used on future purchases and does not expire.
Please double-check your order details (items, scents, shades, shipping information) before completing checkout to ensure accuracy. If an incorrect address is entered, we cannot be held responsible after the order has shipped.
